If we determine that you have enough damage, we call the direct claims line to your insurance company and assist you in filing the claim, answering all questions pertaining to the scope of damages, estimated date of loss, etc.
When the adjuster comes to do the inspection, we will be there to make sure all of the damaged items are identified and a replacement cost is agreed upon.
